No. 104817, cl. A 01 D 45/02, 1955. Patent of Great Britain No. 11220) 3, Cl. A 01 D 45/02, 1968. (54) METHOD FOR CLEANING LONG-FABRICATED GRAIN CROPS AND A CLEANING DEVICE (57) The invention can be used in harvesting long-grain crops, such as corn, and reduces the damage to the cobs. The harvesting device comprises a rotating pulling va, made with pick-up plates 20, face (SG) 16 for each row of plants. The housing 22 is installed with partial coverage of the SV 16 to form its working area. Above SG 16, a guide plate 28 is installed with a formation between it. the working edge 31 and the upper edge 25 of the casing 22 breaking 8. The edge 25 is located below the edge 31. The casing has knives 24 placed in slots that are made in the plates 20. The device has a screw conveyor for trapping crushed knives 24 stalks and also ZV 16 rotors for lifting laid plants. In the process of moving the device across the field, the STI 16 makes one-sided seizure of the stems with their pulling through the slit 8. At the same time, due to the bending of the stems around the edge 25, they break off with the separation of cobs from the stems. Knives 24 chop the stems. 2 sec. and 2 z. p. f-ly, 9 ill. (ABOUT SP H 4 about with 05 cm The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in the harvesting of long-length crops such as corn. The purpose of the invention is to reduce damage to the fruit section. Figure 1 shows a schematic of a tailing device for long-grain crops with a longitudinal arrangement of tearing openings, top view; figure 2 is the same, with a transverse arrangement of the tearing slits; on fig.Z - cleaning device with a longitudinal arrangement of tearing cracks, side view; on figa - the same, with a transverse arrangement of tearing slits; fig. 3 - the same, with a device for trapping shredded stalks; FIG. 6 shows the working section of the cleaning device with a longitudinal tearing opening and a body for raising laid plants, top view; Fig. 7 shows the working section of the cleaning device with a longitudinal tearing gap, a transverse section; Fig. 8 shows the working section of the cleaning device of the unit with a transverse tearing view, top view; Fig.9 is the same cross section. A harvesting device 1 for carrying out the proposed method of harvesting long-grain crops is frontally mounted on a combine harvester 2 (FIG. 1) using sticks (not shown). The combine 2 has an inclined conveyor 3 with a screw 4 for feeding the product to be harvested from the harvesting device 1 to the combine 2. The harvesting device has external 5 and internal 6 dividers, as well as transport chains 7 for the fruit parts of the stems. Under each chain 7 there is a discontinuous slot 8, oriented longitudinally to the direction of movement of the combine 2 (Fig. 1). According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the cliffs 8 have their slots transverse to the direction of movement of the combine 2. Chains 7 may be missing. In this embodiment, the dividers 5 and 6 can be made shorter. Combine harvester 2 with a front axle 9 can be connected to the harvesting device 1 with the help of brackets 10-12 (FIG. 3). Dividers 5 and 6 can be made flip out0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five c to position 13 for installation and repair work, as well as folding to position 14 for transport. Harvest device I has a support shoe 15 rigidly connected to the front support of a rotating tightening organ for each row of plants, filled in the form of a roller 16 and with a frame (not shown) for chains 7. The dividers 5 are adjacent to the top shield 17 of the screw 4 (FIG. 4), while the device 1 can be connected to the combine 2 by means of a quick-acting shutter along the joint line 1b. The winder roller 16 is made in the form of a hollow shaft 19, to which the exciting plates 20 are welded (Fig. 7), made with slits. 21 (FIG. 8). The roller 16 is partially enclosed by the casing 22 to form the working zone of the roller 16. On the casing 22, by means of fastenings 23, knives 24 are installed for chopping the stems located in slots 21. The casing 22 is made with a working upper edge 25 made mainly in the shape of a round iron part. For adjusting the position of the housing 22, upper bolts 26 are provided, located in the elongated holes. (not shown), as well as lower bolts 27. A guide plate 28 is located above the roller 16, made adjustable by means of bolts 29 located in oblong holes (not shown) and mounted on a triangular arm 30. Between the upper edge 25 22 and a cutting edge 8 is formed with the working edge 31 of the plate 28, the upper edge 25 being located below the working edge 31. The upper end of the casing 22 with an edge 25 is connected with bolts 26 to a triangular bracket 32. A drive shaft 33 is provided for driving the roller 16, and a bevel gear transmission 35 for driving the sprocket 34 of the transport chain 7. To prevent moving parts from coming off a foreign body, for example a stone, on the shaft 33 is installed a slipping clutch 36. For tensioning the chain 7, a tension mechanism 37 is provided. The guide element 38 (FIG. 6) is intended to guide the chain 7. 31A at an angle in terms of the axis of the tearing gap 8. The proposed harvesting device can be equipped with rotating bodies for lifting the lodged plants. Each of these bodies is installed in front of the respective pulling roller 16 and executed in the form of a rotor 39 pressed to the guide 40 by means of a spring-loaded rotary lever 41. The shaft of the roller 16 is connected to the drive shaft 33 by means of a gear bevel gear 42. The harvesting device can be equipped with a device for trapping shredded stalks, containing a receiving cover 43 located under the screw 4, in which the screw conveyor 44 is placed (figure 5). The roller 16 can be performed with a screw-in lead-in part 45 (Fig. 8). Couplings 46 and 47 are intended to drive all the rollers 16, connecting the rollers of the rollers 16 of different sections to each other (Fig. 8). A hypoid gear wheel 48 (figure 9) may be provided to drive the sprockets 34. The method is carried out as follows. During the movement of the harvester 2 with the harvesting device 1 across the field, the stems of the harvested plants enter the cutting gap 8, in this case the chain 7 performs the forced movement of fruit parts (from plants, for example, corn cobs or sunflower heads) in the opposite direction the direction of movement of the combine 2 with the longitudinal arrangement of the slots 8 or transverse to the direction of movement of the combine 2 with the transverse arrangement of these slots. When the stems move in the slit 8, the rotating roller 16 makes one-sided seizure of the stalks and pulls them through the slit 8. At the same time, the stems bend around the upper edge 25 of the casing 22, i.e. around the second in the direction of circumferential movement of the roller 16, the edge of the slit 8. As a result of bending, the stems break off and separate fruit parts from them. In the working area of the roller 16, the knives 24 chop the stems. The width of the tearing slit 8 can be adjusted by moving the guide plate 22 with the help of bolts 29. In 15 20 91 , „ 25 Q ., 5 Q five 164 Depending on the humidity of the harvested plants, the gap between the ends of the gripping plates 20 and the casing 22 is adjusted with bolts 26 and 27. The crushed stems are collected by the receiving casing 43 and the screw conveyor 44 is fed to combine 2, from where they can be unloaded into a harvesting car (not shown) using a pneumatic conveyor (not shown). The fruit parts separated from the stems are supplied to the screw 4, which feeds them into the inclined conveyor 3, which moves the fruit parts to the combine 2. Separating the fruit parts from the stem by bending the latter when they are unilaterally gripped by a rotating tightening organ reduces damage to the fruit parts.
